These medications work by stabilizing blood glucose levels and decreases gastric emptying to help you lose weight. Now that the medication is helping you metabolically lose weight it is important to embrace dietary and lifestyle modifications in order to maximize your weight-loss and keep the weight off. What is included in the weight-loss plan 1. Initial consultation 2. weekly one on one visits and weigh in's with the nurse practitioner 3. Lab results review 4. Body measurements every 4 weeks 5. Modified diet plan 6. BMI and daily caloric intake 7. Zofran if needed 8. 24 hour telephone support if needed How much is the medication after the 3 months ? all monthly prices or dependent upon the dose of the medication.
